How long did it take to get a BFP

My husband and I have been trying to conceive baby #3 since December. My cycles are pretty regular and if I’m late/early then it’s only by a couple of days. Well, last month I didn’t receive a positive on my ovulation strips but I am now 8 days late. When I took a pregnancy test with my other two, I was able to get a positive reading within 2-3 days from my expected period. So, I’m wondering how long it took for everyone else to receive a BFP.
