Go by this chart., if your cycle is 30 then you start testing on He 10th day (but not morning pee) I test mines I Test in the after noon but if ( don’t drink too much water it will give you a low signal) if your very anxious to test again you can but don’t use the bath room for 3-4 hours then u can test again
