OVULATION
so ladies ive never used opks before and i dont have a clue if im ovulating as i unfortunately have pcos docs told me not to bother <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> as it can be to stress full but it looks lile its going to be another year before i even get my gyne appointment and i just want to know if i am or not
