Stretches for bad backs?

Question

I’m young and was in a accident last year ever since my back kills me so much. 
I was wondering if anyone on here knows any stretches or anything that helps.

Lots of great stretches! A nice one is just laying with a heating pad. You also need to try child’s pose (sounds weird but works for me), and just lay on your stomach then push your arms back and arch your back! Hope this helps! Keep me posted!
