Without Epidural

Throughout my pregnancy, I wanted a natural first birth. I was not prepared for the amount of pain but I wanted to tell the ones that are debating it, that you can do it! You can find the strength! I started irregular contractions at 2:30 p.m. Started regular contractions under 5 minutes for an hour around 6:30 p.m. and then gave birth to my baby girl at 5:48 a.m. it seemed like I wouldn't make it but it was worth it. Good luck to all the future moms out there! I enjoyed using this app throughout my pregnancy!
