Best SUV out of these?

My husband and I are looking to buy an SUV. We have one baby on the way, but are only planning on having 2 children total, so we don't necessarily *need* a 3rd row vehicle. I'm sure the extra room would be nice since we also have 3 big dogs.

These are the 4 types of SUVs that we've agreed on. We've been looking to buy between the years of 2015-2018, obviously depending on mileage, price, etc. We'd like an AWD or 4-wheel drive model as well, since we live in a rural area and our roads aren't the best in winter.

So if any of you own one of these, what do you like about it? What don't you like about it?
