Period 2 weeks early...

I've been bleeding heavily like a period today and I'm not due for 2ish weeks.. I'm on the nuvaring first month back on and I'm wondering if me taking it out for 2 days (by accident) like tricked my uterus or something????? I hate BC and the only reason I'm using it is to cover some bases lol. Cramps are awful...
