I had my first US yesterday. I saw the heartbeat and my little gummy bear moved. Is it bad that it doesn't feel real yet? Like I know I'm pregnant but I dont feel pregnant or even that its actually happening. Dose anyone else feel like this?

I'm 10 weeks 1 day and still dont feel pregnant lol I have a doppler but even hearing babys heartbeat whenever I still forget I'm pregnant sometimes. My youngest is 6 so being pregnant is weird for me lol
