Could it be a chemical ? faint line - today’s is not darker

I did have a chemical in May which ended up being faint lines not getting darker .  Today’s is the same color as the second one . I’m a bit concerned

It looks darker to me but remember HCG only doubles every 48-72 hours so it might not get darker every day

I may go go the walk in clinic and ask for blood work . Just to make sure my progesterone is normal . Is this a good idea ?
