Blood pressure high?

24 weeks and 2 days blood pressure is 138/71 and swollen on face hands feet , I haven't even done anything today 😳

The top line is close but not high. The 71 is good though. I’d drink more water and elevate your legs.

Anything below 140/80 isn’t really a concern. It could be borderline if that’s wear it’s at constantly but an OB most like won’t do anything to treat 138/71. The bottom number is pretty good too.

The top number is what the doctor would be concerned about, if at all. You could give them a call and ask if they want you to come in for a protein urine test or if they just want you to rest and drink water. When mine was running in the 140s over 80s my doctor was concerned.
