I restarted my Nuvaring birth control in May and then used it in June and July to skip my period on purpose. This month I took it out for a week as I’m supposed to (removed Sunday August 5th) and planned on getting my period then inserting a new ring on Saturday August 10th. So far I haven’t really gotten my period. I put my diva cup in on Tuesday because I thought my period was going to start that night or Wednesday morning. Well when I changed my cup I had like only a teensy bit of blood, nothing that would indicate I’m actually on my period. Since Thursday I have been wearing panty liners and that’s it and they’re not collecting anything red, it’s like brown discharge.

Anyways, I’m not really nervous about pregnancy, my bf and I have had sex without condoms and he has cum inside pretty much every time but I haven’t taken my Nuvaring ring out during sex (except one time for no more than 10-15 minutes). So the possibility that I wasn’t protected is almost 0%. But I can’t help but wonder if anyone else has experienced this where they haven’t bled even with their ring out.
