Positive test but spotting at 10 dpo

I’ve gotten positive tests for 2 days now along with all the pregnancy symptoms. I’m 100% sure I got pregnant but I am starting to spot this morning really light pink/brown color (I should have taken a picture but I got too upset) 😭 is there any hope? I’m so sad.
