Warm drinks?

What are your go to warm drinks after transfer? So far I’ve had peppermint tea. Yesterday was transfer day 😍

Mine was Thursday!! Isn’t it a crazy feeling?? I’ve just been drinking a lot of room temperature water. What else are you doing to try and make your little one stick?!

I also love peppermint tea! I’ve struggled a bit knowing which teas are ok to drink for after transfer but peppermint looked to be considered pretty safe on most lists I saw so I mostly stick with that. Apparently there are some ingredients in herbal teas that should be avoided, but I don’t think it’s been super well researched to be honest.
