Losing My Hips
Hello all,
I have been working out and losing my belly. But unfortunately I have also been losing my hips and my butt. Exactly what I didn't want to happen. I seem to be losing fat in that area more than any other area but have been focusing a lot on my tummy area. I'm puzzled. Any tips on what I can do to lose more fat in my belly and gain more muscle in my hips and butt?
