I went to the walk in clinic to ask to get a blood test to confirm my pregnancy (I’m 12dpo ) and also if I could get progesterone tested . I fear that I might be low due to a previous chemical. Anyway this doctor was completely confused why I would need to test progesterone , said it had nothing to do with miscarriages and that testing this hormone would do absolutely nothing . She really didn’t even want to write it on my bloods paper . I told her I knew of many women who take progesterone supplements because they are low and it could prevent a successful pregnancy and she told me that was wrong ?! I’m so confused , how can a doctor say this
