I voted yes, but its gotta be under specific conditions . 
1) personal hygine is a friken MUST if it smells or looks like you haven't washed in forever...bye cus it ain't happening. 
2) as long as I'm not pregnant or exclusively breastfeeding at the time. I won't risk the baby's health in any way...I'm like that in general about oral sex when I'm pregnant or nursing. 
Now conditions for receiving on my end .
I won't let any one do it to me unless I just got done washing in the shower...I don't care if I took a shower this morning I'm talking like FRESH OUT OF THE SHOWER. Or I won't let any one do it to me.
