SIGNS OF LABOR? First time mom

37weeks pregnant was 1cm and 50% at my appt earlier this week. Been have diarrhea for the past 3 days. Today I’ve experienced major back pain and my stomach has been super tight. Are these signs labor is near? If you had these signs how long did they last before you delivered?
