Does anyone have Braxton-Hicks so strong they pee a little? Is this the way labor is going to be too?

I’m afraid I’ll just constantly be peeing myself during labor....

Your water will be broken and you likely will have cleared out your bladder prior to being in labor 😜 they’re well equipped to manage all the fluids 😂 I couldn’t get out of bed soon enough to go pee after I had my first and ended up wetting the bed 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ it happens. I feel pressure on my bladder when I have Braxton Hicks contractions but I commend my pelvic floor for its resilience in minimal leaking so far. 🙌🏼  check out pelvic floor strengthening and relaxing for labor & recovery!
