Sleeping in crib
My son is 4.5 months old and I know he's probably still in the 4 month sleep regression but he refuses to sleep in his crib at night. He goes in for naps during the day with no problem, and even if he does fuss he's able to settle himself again. At night, he wakes up as soon as I start to pull him off me and lower him in the crib, then screams and cries until we pick him back up. I try multiple times to put him down but screams always happen. My son tends to get really worked up too, and doesn't just cry. He screams until he's red faced and coughing and gagging from it. So we've been co-sleeping in his nursery. I'm not sleeping well like that, and what I do get isn't enough-especially with him waking every 2 hours again to nurse. How can I get him to go back to the crib without the screaming fits? Before the regression he was sleeping in his crib with no problems, going 3-5 hours between waking to eat.
