I can’t get rid of this uti!!!

I’ve had a uti nonstop for about two weeks now, and absolutely nothing I do helps. I pee when I have the urge, drink lots of water and cranberry juice, I take D-mannose and cranberry pills but nothing is helping to take the pain away. I’ve gotten UTIs since I was about 6 and I’m starting to think that this s developing into something more. What do you think is going on?
