How does this sound? Keto
Breakfast: 1 egg + 2 pieces of bacon cooked in olive oil.
Snack: protein shake with water.
Lunch: 6 small slices of turkey (approx 75g) with 2tbsp cream cheese; 1/4 bell pepper & 1/2 small cucumber; 1/4 cup cubed cheddar cheese; 1/4 cup hazelnuts; 1/4 cup blackberries.
Snack: Zucchini chips
Dinner: meat and two vegetables cooked in olive oil.
2.3L water (for my weight)
Exercise: 30 minutes of fast-pace walking up a slight incline 5 times a week + 10 sets of 10 reps of exercise for each muscle group. (E.g. 100 crunches one day; 100 squats the next, and so on...)
