Itching and discomfort, 30 weeks pregnant

This may be a bit TMI, but I'm having quite a bit of itching, mostly on my labia majora and some on the labia minora. No discharge or odor and no recent intercourse. The overall area is sort of sore and achey feeling, then just started itching two days ago. I've tried Vagisil anti-itch cream which helps for a short bit but requires frequent reapplication. Has anyone had this or anything like it? I'm 30 weeks with my second and never had anything like this with my first. TIA!
