So In April my husband was in a bad car wreck, before the wreck he told me he was at his parents house and about to be on his way home and then come to find out he was an hour away from ours and his parents home. At the hospital I learned that he had been smoking weed our whole marriage and I didn’t know.(he hadn’t smoked the day of the wreck). Well he was put on disability due to his injuries and he started back to work 2 weeks ago. He told me he was done smoking, he has a good job and they do random drug tests. Recently he started using CBD cartridges for his knee which was broken because he said it helped with the pain, I was like fine whatever. I asked and asked if it contained any THC and he continued to say it was only CBD, well he brought home another cartridge today and I looked up the brand and sure enough they contained THC. Then because of him lying I looked at his recent searches and he has been looking up different THC cartridges. He had to buy it off of someone so I instantly knew something was up with it.

He just started work back and the past few months have been a struggle because he didn’t get much on disability and I had just started a new job, I felt like all of the bills were on me. We’re finally getting our life back on track and now he’s risking it to get high.

He cannot stay home one day, every day he has to go out with his friends and 2 days ago one of his friends backed into my car. He stays out really late and sometimes doesn’t even come home. When his friend hit my car he didn’t answer the phone for hours because “he thought I’d be mad” and of course I was but that’s no excuse for him to decline my calls for hours.

I’m about to the point where I don’t even know if our marriage is worth trying to save when he puts in no effort. The past year has been absolutely horrible for us.
