Icy hot??
Has anyone spoken with their doctor/midwife about using Icy Hot while pregnant? I have severe rib pain and have been using it regularly and just had someone tell me you aren’t supposed to. 😬😬😬 I’ll obviously call my midwives when they open on Monday but I figured I’d post here too.
