Was there a ges sac or yolk sac?? Could be you are not 8 weeks and maybe earlier. Or it could be blighted ovum.

This happened to me at 7 weeks but it was the doctor's mistake. Another doctor found a perfectly healthy baby 5 days later. He said it couldn't have appeared out of nowhere. I hope it is the case for you.

I dont wanna be a debbie downer but thats a pretty big gestational sac it doesnt seem to me like you could be too early to see anything at all inside but hopefully your ultrasound tomorrow shows something
