I noticed that i dont make any sort of cervical mucus/fluid at all, not during fertile window, never. Husband says im pretty dry inside too, so we’ve been using pre seed to help us out. I drink lots of water daily, herbal teas, i have been eating healthier and trying to cut out sugar too. I just bought evening primrose oil which i plan on taking next cycle.

Is there anything else i can do to make more cm, or any at all? Thank you so much. Have a lovely Sunday ❤️
