Not a miscarriage, it’s just a piece of uterine lining that didn’t come away during your recent period and did now. There’s a term for it I can’t remember but it isn’t uncommon.

i’ve gotten those before, and they definitely weren’t miscarriages for me. weird blood clots are pretty normal, i wouldn’t worry about it.
