Negative first response but the other tests look positive??

Been using these cheapie brands and they’ve been getting stronger positively. Wanted to confirm with FRER and I don’t see anything! Are the cheapies false positive??

This happened to me using these tests. Did you use different urine on the frer? My strips were positive wayyyy before the frer and I’m 8 weeks 👍

Do you have an update? This happened to me today, been using the Accumed strips from amazon for 3 days and they’ve slowly been getting darker, I tested with a FRER test today and it was a BFN, not even a hint of a line. Definitely feeling discouraged!

Any chance you have the lot number for the FRER? I am thinking there must be a bad batch since I keep seeing posts like this. I have been trying to figure out which batch(es) are the one with the issue so I can put up a PSA over on the TTC board. I feel like it would be good info for people to have.

Mine did this as well. I was getting lines like that on my pregmate tests and pretty much nothing on FRER. Even the digital first responses were telling me no when the clear blue digitals I were taking were saying yes. Call first response with the batch numbers and keep the pictures. They might give you your money back because the pregmate tests are clearly positive!

You are pregnant for sure ❤️❤️. Those strips do not lie, and even if one is wrong I don’t think 2 will be. FRER are good but not 100% of the time. Congratulations and good luck 🤞🏻❤️

My cheapie strips are positive (faint). Used on me of those cassette pregnancy tests were you use a pipette to drop the urine in and it’s negative.just hoping that it’s because the IC are more sensitive and I have to keep reminding myself that it can take 48-72 hours for hCG to double.
