Just stopped depo-provera, when is my green light?!

Hey y’all! 
Just started TCC, I am supposed to get my next shot between August 9-16 (my last shot was May 31st) before that I had the Skyla IUD for 3.5 years, so I have no idea when my last period was, I’d love to get pregnant this month, but realistically when would we be able to start baby dancing? According to the 15 week rule, that would put us mid September, but have any mamas who used depo out there had different experiences?

Depo took me a year to get my period back fully.. if you start bleeding then yeah you should be good but I’d get some opk’s to make sure you’re ovulating!

Everyone is different when they get off the depo shot. It can take some women a month and others up to to two years. My dr told me when I got off the depo to just wait until my periods went back to normal.

It might take 6+ months for the hormones to leave your system before you have a chance to get pregnant. I was on that for 2 years

I was on depo provera for 7 years and I when I stopped taking it about 3 years back now it took me 7 months to have my period and once I did it became regular about 3 months after.

Just stopped depo-provera, when is my green light?!
