I prefer just using the Moby wrap. No need for a special shirt and the Moby can be worn so many different ways!

I bought it. It was a total waste. It felt to tight around my chest when baby was in there. It was not a sizing issue either because even in larger sizes the pouch is still the same size. Also i think the baby outgrows at 12lbs (not sure on this my baby is mow 17 mos. so its been awhile) but my baby was too big very quickly. I did and still do use it a a nursing top so maybe not a total waste. Get a wrap or carrier. I really liked the boppy carrier when my baby was small and i still use my tula with her now.

I used it with my first just for moving around the house, never wore it out. It was convenient because I didn’t have to worry about wearing a carrier just around the house or relaxing. It kept him warm without being covered by a blanket. I’m planning on using it with this baby and I bought one for my husband.

I just watched a YouTube video today where a momma shared that she happened to have this Soothe shirt. She said she liked it, but that it is no substitute for a carrier and she still needed to support baby with her hand/s or arm/s while walking around, which kind of defeats the purpose of baby-wearing.
