So I’m having a lot of anxiety. I was exploring my vagina and found a small flat lump on the side of the canal. There was also a few very small white pimple like bumps that were firm. I managed to pull on one of them and I’ve attached a picture below of what came off/out of it. Any idea what this could be? I did some research and it’s not herpes because the small bumps aren’t sores but I have absolutely no clue about the lump. It’s definitely time for a pap but I want to go in with at least an idea of what might be going on.
