Visiting home
Been visiting parents across the country for about a week and my son's schedule is SO out of whack. Before we left he was taking about taking 3 or 4 naps a day, now taking 6-7 catnaps. He is sleeping 2 hours less every night because he gets sleepy later in the evening but still wakes up around 5 or 6am even with a 3 hour time difference. On top of that he's over tired and fighting sleep hard to the point where I have to hold him for his naps! Any tips on what to do when I get home to get him back on track 😭😭 I'm so worried he will need to be rocked or held for every nap when we get home! We had been following takingcarababies for sleep tips but I'm so anxious about regressing 😥
