Sleep without holding
How can I get my 4 month old to nap without me holding her. As soon as I lay her down she’s back awake. SO complains that I hold her the whole time she naps but if I don’t she just wakes up. He says I’ve spoiled her and that’s why she wake up but idk what else to do. Any advice mommas? Anything that’s helped you in this situation?
