Pepto while nursing?

Do you guys think it would be safe to take pepto bismol while nursing?

It is not considered safe because it has not been studied and it is a salicylate (aspirin) which is known to be a risk to infants.

I do 🤷🏻‍♀️ my dr said you can pretty much take anything. So little gets in the breastmilk
