Help!!! 2 week PP bleeding questions!!

Tomorrow I’ll be two weeks postpartum and I’m having massive gushes of blood when I stand up and clots. This doesn’t happen all day but at least 2-3 times a day. Everything I read says it’s meant to be light pink by now, and it’s for sure bright red with dark red clots.

I saw my OB last Thursday who seemed totally unconcerned. The clots and bleeding continued so he ordered and CBC to check my red blood cell count - again seemed totally unphased. This isn’t my first baby and this isn’t normal for me! Were you still bleeding this heavy two weeks PP?!!!!
