Is it normal to feel some aches on one side only ?

I’m only 4 weeks but I feel discomfort on my left side . Sort of comes and goes

There’s a cyst on the side you ovulated from that causes pain on and off.  Extreme pain could mean an ectopic pregnancy.

I did and was because I had a cyst on my left ovary. Extremely normal and common. If the pain is severe it could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy.

I think it’s called the corpus luteum?  It releases progesterone to prevent miscarriage

I have cramps on my left side too early pregnancy. Doc was concerned about ectopic but my baby turned out fine. But being so early they won't be able to tell you anything around 6 or 7 weeks is when they can tell or that's what they told me. If your concerned talk to your doctor. Best of luck!

I have some discomfort on my left side. Went in last week for an ultrasound and my dr said it is either a cyst or damage to my fallopian tube due to an ectopic pregnancy I had a couple of years ago.

Is it normal to feel some aches on one side only ?
