I had trush and treated it but it came back (white spot around nipples). I know I need to treat it again it and let my nipples dry after every feed but it’s harder for me as I have inverted nipples that retracts after a few seconds. But what else can I do to get rid of it once and for all?

Also, the red spot on the nipple is just cracked nipple? What can I do for that as well?

Baby is exclusively breastfeeding and both nipples looks the same!
