Help.
I've always had a sore back, but the last two days, the entire right bottom side of my back hurts soooo badly and it's hard to get comfortable or walk. I know so many people recommend taking a warm bath to help with back pain, but it's just really not something i'm into. My job itself consists of standing and typing the whole time and we are extremely short-staffed so breaks are few and far between. How do y'all manage/what ways are you making work easier on your growing body?
