Can I have an std?

I know I have to go to the doctors but I am currently on vacation and don’t get back home till the 18th. Anyways I started having pain in my lower stomach, like my abdomen & the other day I was having sex with my boyfriend and when I went to go pee after sex it burned so bad & after peeing It was still burning but then it calmed down and went Away. The next day I had sex and it kinda burned when I had sex with him and it burned again when I peed after sex but less than the first time. I asked if he feels anything while peeing or anything and he said no. (The pain in my lower stomach/abdomen doesn’t go away tho). But every time I pee it doesnt burn or anything. It’s just only after sex. So can it be an std or anything?

Update: I think I’m going to buy some medicine for UTI at the pharmacy until I can get to the doctors. That should help right ?
