Does opk can tell if you are able to have a baby?

I'm trying this ovulation test to know if I was fertile and ovulating monthly and I did but wondering why I didnt get pregnant been trying for 3 months huhu

It only tells you if your ovary produces an egg. That is really where everything begins, but it is just the start of the journey.
The egg that started developing 90 days before ovulation must be healthy. It needs to meet a healthy sperm withing the next 10 hours. The sperm must penetrate the egg, combine DNA and then successfully divide over and over. This is an extremely complex process and a lot can go wrong (and often does go wrong). It then needs to drift down to your uterus and implant in your uterus lining. A lot can go wrong here as well. It may not implant successfully, or your body may reject it.
Only after this will you be pregnant.

OPKs don't actually tell you if you  ovulate, just that your body is preparing too. It's possible to get a positive OPK and then have something to wrong.
OPKs also won't tell you anything about egg quality or your bodies ability to allow an egg to implant and carry a baby to term.
And it goes without saying that it tells you nothing about sperm

Being able to ovulate is just one step. It’s not the same as being able to conceive, nor is it a guarantee. If it was, most women on this app would be pregnant. Just keep trying, good luck.
