Baby food questions.
So this is my third little, so I’m not inexperienced, it’s just been a while.
My son is turning 5m (4m adjusted) on Tuesday. We were given the go ahead at 5m to start solids, since he was 4 weeks early.
That being said, we started bananas at 4m (3m adjusted), but didn’t continue as he had gotten sick with a severe case of croup.
Well, he is feeling better now. His day care provides baby food and you just list on his dietary sheet what you have tried, and so long as you okay it they will continue with those foods - they can start doing so on Tuesday. So should I start with bananas first this time around, or a vegetable at home the. Let them do vegetables first? My pediatrician said I could do meats as well with him, (I wasn’t able with my daughter or other son for health purposes.) he has tasted green beans once, but never more than that.
We have let him suck on a few things, like homemade fries (unsalted), And has sucked on an apple without the skin, as well.
Just trying to get some other mammas input on if I should continue bananas (no reaction), or start this time around with something different? What would you recommend? Thank you in advance!
