It is a little, but if his mouth is wet and he has enough wet diapers its fine. It can be a sign of dehydration, but if there are no other signs, then don’t worry about it. You can also see if he IS dehydrated by pinching his skin or pressing on his nails. If the skin holds its form and stays looking a little pinched for a second, or if the nail stays white for more than a few seconds it’s dehydration. 
It can just be the shape of his head. My son has a more severe dip in his soft spot and I asked about it here and every one freaked out saying he needed to be taken to the ER (even after the dr said he was fine 🙄) but he was totally fine. His skull just makes his soft spot look more sunken in.

In the first pic it looks sunken, can’t tell in the others. He might be dehydrated. Make sure he’s getting enough fluids!
