Can't sleep. Too scared.
My fiance and I got pregnant with our rainbow baby and found out in January. Because of my issues with being able to stay pregnant, we knew it would be a rough road. I had to have a cerclage put in at 18 weeks and was already dilated to 1.5cm when they did it. I was on blood thinners and progesterone shots to try and stay pregnant. I went into labor at 25 weeks and they were thankfully able to stop it but my cervix above the stitch was wide open. Fast forward to 34 weeks August 3rd, my water broke. So, August 4th at 3:53pm our rainbow baby was born. She was so tiny at 4 lbs 14oz, 17 inches long. We got super lucky and she is doing amazing. She spent one week in the special care unit (a step down from NICU) and got to come home today. She's been home for about 12 hours and its 230 in the morning for me and I can't sleep. I'm too scared to. I got used to having her vitals showing on a screen and being able to know she was fine. Now I'm constantly getting up and checking on her, worried something is going to go wrong. I lost 2 sons at 16 weeks and 17 weeks pregnant and then my fiance and I lost a baby at 6 weeks last year. She is my rainbow princess. How do I get to sleep??
