For over 2 years I’ve been bleeding after sex, and occasionally the sex hurts. The only way I can describe the pain is as if he’s hitting bone, but this happens every now and then but it’s the same as our normal sex. It hurts in the same positions we always do. I don’t only bleed off sex either it can be if he uses his fingers too. After sex I bleed for a bit, and if I go to the toilet after it can sometimes hurt. After sex I tend to feel ill and lightheaded too. I’ve had an STI test because when I searched it it said an STI could be the cause, but mine and my partners test came back clear. Do I need to see a doctor?
