is this fertile cm?

I’ve been up and down the hospital that last 3 months having MRI, ultrasound, blood test they have told me already I have a non cancerous fibroid tumour and cyst on my right ovary and they also suspect endometriosis they haven’t told me how it’s going to affect my chances of conceiving.. but I’ve felt strange today and then when I went to the loo this was hanging out of me.
