Ur withdrawal bleed/“period” can start anytime during the placebo week, from the first day to the last day. Also, one of the ways hormonal birth control works is by thinning the uterine lining, which can sometimes result in little to no bleeding.

It doesn’t always start straight away for me, it can take a couple of days for me.....

It varies for me depending on the exact birth control. Some I started immediately and others it took 2-3 days
