I have no idea what it is this is my first pregnancy that I’ve made into 2nd trimester (14 weeks) and every time I hit a new week that SAME night I get crazy cramping and lower back pain then it stops the next day last night was horrible I was getting shooting pains in my vagina lower back pain , cramping Freaked me out so bad and now this morning my lower abdomen is sore... please tell me u guys experienced this to
