Can some of you share your experiences with the IUD pleaseee!!

I decided to start using it 4 months ago and since then my period has become a nightmare, before I was very regular and had my periods for 5 to 6 days and since I started with the IUD it lasts for 2 weeks or more I asked my doctor and she thinks it’s normal and it will be only for a couple of months but I don’t know what to think, I really don’t

want to take it out but I’m a little worry ☹️ would you girls share your experiences with me? Do you think its normal?
