31 weeks & full of flu 😭

FTM so please hear me out first 🙏
I'm 31 weeks, full of flu (just woke up and feel like a bus hit me) baby is kicking alot, ALOT (rather uncomfortable)
What do you suggest to help with this?
Must I go to the Doctor?
Can flu heart my baby/pregnancy?
I'm so emotional, feel like absolute shit & I'm so worried bout my baby boy 😭
