MENSTRUAL CUP/SAALT Need help/tips/advice
I was wondering if anyone can give me any much needed tips for removing the saalt menstrual. I've used it once and it went fine, but removing it was a bit of a scary feeling. I had trouble gripping it and getting my fingers in between my vaginal walls and the menstrual cup to in order to grip it enough to break the seal. Anything helps because I really want to make this work! Thank you.
